Great vacation stay!

Fantastic property for a family of 4. Location to the beach was amazing, plenty of things for a couple of teens to do, well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The available beach amenities were greatly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing trip

We had a wonderful birthday celebration week at Hilton Head with our family. The condo was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and well cared for and just steps from the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO and we will definitely be visiting again!

Great family beach vacation.

Stayed here for a beach vacation with our family. Plenty of room for a family if 6! A few short steps to the beach. Great pools at the resort too! We will definitely stay here again. Can’t beat the location and value!

It was a very clean condo.. it was very quiet, I would definitely stay again. The only thing is the elevator didn't work. Diane is a very easy person to work with, I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Week!

The view from this condo is spectacular. We watched the sunrise over the ocean multiple mornings. The condo itself is clean and well organized. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome vacation.

Villa was great . Everything we needed just like home . Diane was good to work with had a couple of issues though out our stay and she promptly took care of the issues. I would highly recommend and return in the future.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was a wonderful place for myself and my two teenage daughters. It was just a short walk to the beach. Everything in the condo and the condition were as advertised. In addition, the hostess was great, was available to answer all our questions and was pleasant with every interaction.

Beautiful Ocean View, Quiet, Short Walk to Beach

Perfect place for our girls getaway. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was very spacious and the view was beautiful. There were plenty of beach chairs available to use. The beach is one of the cleanest beaches I have ever seen. Diane was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely will stay here again when we return.

The rental was perfect for a small family. Diane was wonderful she checked to make sure we were satisfied with everything watching the sunrise over the ocean was amazing. Only regret not staying longer.

Great stay at Hilton Head

We stayed for a week in June. The property is kept well and is clean and quiet. The condo was clean and it had all the necessities included. We could cook dinners and watch cable tv as well as relax on a partial ocean view balcony. Beach chairs and beach toys were available for our use as well. Communication with the property manager was excellent and pleasant.

Great location, easy beach and pool access

Had a great weekend on the beach and at the pool. Check in for a parking pass was easy but the complex is big so there was a bit of a learning curve. Bring a cart or wagon to get groceries up to the room. Elevator was a life saver. Host sent good documents to make the check in process manageable. Poolside restaurant and bar made for an easy day. Easy beach walk and parking at the building. My family had a great time.

A couple of linen items were dirty/had stains on them. When maintenance items were brought to the attention of the property mgr, they were corrected timely. Nice view of the beach from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 teenagers). It was well stocked with everything you would need. It was actually bigger than we expected. Also small issue with the coffee pot not working the 1st day, the owner had us a new one within hours.

Summer Vacay

We enjoyed our stay and Elaine was prompt to respond to our questions. Great beach and location. Suggestions: The unit was pretty well equipped but we only had 2 trash bags with a rather small trash can. We could have used more towels as we were there 7 days and had to keep reusing the same ones. The unit has had some updates but is beginning to look a bit dated/tired. (Ceilings need painted, furniture cushions need cleaned, etc.) Overall we enjoyed our time.

We had a great stay overall. The place was clean, well-kept, and priced fairly for the location, which made it a really good value. The space itself is on the smaller side, with pretty tiny rooms but comfortable beds, and the AC temperature was great, which made it comfortable throughout our stay. It could use some updating in spots, but the property amenities were a highlight — the tennis and pickleball courts were really nice, the pools were great (though not heated), and there’s a pretty ocean view that we really enjoyed. The beach chairs could use some improvement, as they weren’t in the best condition. Overall, a solid option that’s especially good for families looking for something clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced near the beach with great amenities.
