Book 3 nights and get the 4th free, from September 2 through March 1st. Or be a snowbird and book 3 weeks to get the 4th free, from January 1st through March 1st. Holidays are excluded. Make sure to mention the promotion when booking to have the discount applied! Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25\. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee. Note: The community has a standard policy requiring all vendors or service providers — including those delivering food or performing services — to purchase a commercial pass, which costs $15. Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay.
