Ours was 1 of 4 bedrooms, with its own bath. The room was clean except the bedspread, which looked as if someone had laid down on it without taking off shoes. Parking was OK: 2 spots in the drive, 2 additional spots on the roadside a very short walk away. Our biggest frustration was perhaps due to this being our first rental of this type. We could not get hold of the manager to learn how to get in. It turned out that we had to get to the door and then make a call. It all worked, out, but we could have used some further instruction ahead of time.
