The screened porch is a true highlight - great for napping, reading and entertaining. You will enjoy the cool temperatures and lovely breezes even in the summer (the elevation at the house is 3832). There is also a pretty field stone porch with adirondack chairs and a swing perfect for relaxing. Off the screened porch is a large, bright great room with a wood burning fireplace. We enjoy cooking so you will find the kitchen to be stocked with all the pots, pans and tools you need to create a great meal. This peaceful home is also conveniently located just 1.7 miles from downtown. You can even walk to downtown via beautiful and safe back roads.
