It was a memorable stay if it had not been for these glitches: - I never received my codes to the room had to call to get them -The property is located in a bad location; road shared with junkyards, scary! -The inside of the property is so special but the outside needs maintenance: Painting, garden… - There was no AC in the room, only a ventilator that made noice and didn’t help much. I got hot in the middle of the nigjt. - the only mirror in the room was next to the bathroom and the light didn’t work, the room was dark at 7:00 am so I couldn’t wear my makeup

Everything about the property was excellent. Food, amenities, spa, staff, ambiance, location etc were all top notch. Geri at the front desk was absolutely the best. She takes customer service to,the next level. She should definitely be in charge of training.
