The breakfast was quite crowded but they let us take the food up to our rooms so it was fine. It was a decent sized room right next to the station. There are lots of food options nearby as well."

Google translate the street parking lots if you don't use the hotel garage. Some have deals with the hotel where you pay a lower rate for overnight parking. I had great service from the hotel staff who helped me with figuring that out and saving a lot of money. We really enjoyed our visit to Niigata and Hotel Sunroute was the right place for us! "
