We also never received the bottle of wine that was advertised in the listing. When asked about it they said we will bring it to you and they never did. Asked 3 times and never forgot it. So don’t believe that. That shouldn’t be in the listing if they cannot complete what they are advertising. AC in the room was on but was only giving off hot air. "

Our room 27 has 1 double bed upstairs and 1 double bed downstairs. The one downstairs can close the bathroom door to outside traffic or noise from outside, but not the upstairs. "
