(950 reviews) We were initially given a room key for a room with guests already in the room. The rooms felt very clinical, we felt like we were in a hospital room. The food wasn’t great, not very fresh or hot. The cooked items seemed like they had been leftover from the day before and not cooked that morning. We have stayed at other Melia hotels and they were much nicer, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
