A modern and comfortable villa with a private heated pool, located just 100m away from the sandy beach of Kato Gouves, will offer you unforgettable holidays.  
The nearby area is full of beaches, cosmopolitan beach bars, and traditional seaside restaurants.   
Relax under the shade of the big pergola and at the beautiful sitting areas in the big green garden.

The villa features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and two comfortable armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles.   
Every bedroom has access to a private garden and a heated pool.
