This modern newly built 140m² maisonette with pool is located in Kokkini Hani right on the sandy beach. All amenities within walking distance, ideal for families and couples.  
Kokkini Hani is a tourist place just 12km from Heraklion airport.  
"Armilides luxury 3 bedroom maisonette apartment" is located right on the sandy beach, within short walking distance to the bus stop, pharmacy, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.  
The duplex apartment with sea view is ideal for couples, friends or families .  
The ground floor features a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped modern kitchen (4 ring cooking stove, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, water filtering system, microwave), a large bright contemporary living-dining area, fully furnished with a sofa, a dining table with 6 chairs, Flat screen TV, a fireplace and air conditioning.   
The first floor features 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, (2 with double beds & 1 with a single bed with pull out bed underneath) and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The double bedrooms have access to a balcony with sea view.

From the living area you have access to the large furnished terrace with sea view.  
Armilides luxury 3 bedroom maisonette apartment is located in the small touristic village Kokkini Hani that has everything you need. (Supermarkets, local restaurants, Bars, Cafeterias, Pharmacy, Doctors, Dentists). Beautiful sandy beaches, Watercity 4km away, Crete Aquarium 4km away.  
The maisonette is in a quiet area of the village but in walking distance to everything and right on the sandy beach.  
Bus stop 50m away.  
Kokkini Hani is ideally placed for easy travel across the whole island, either by rented car or by bus. There is easy access to the national road which makes the location an excellent starting point for further exploration of Eastern and Central Crete as you drive through stunning scenery, whether you drive to the Lassithi Plateau or take the wine route towards the south.
