the tops are the location and the place itself. The hotel looks really nice and relaxing even though the rooms are not soundproof and the curtains are not blackout. the second day we stayed we didn't have hot water from 19 to 00:00 hrs. the staff told us the hotel don't have enough hot water to all the guests at the same time and that they don't have the authorization to give us any discount for this. this 2 nights seemed to me that the place doesn't have a manager around, the staff, that are friendly, looks lost at the same time.

O Hotel é simplesmente um luxo!! Destaque para o excelente atendimento na recepção. Conforto do quarto e a vista para o Rio Paraná. Gostaríamos apenas de deixar duas observações. Pagamos 1000 reais (para 3)na a Ceia de Ano e tivemos uma pessima experiência com a comida que dissseram ter sudo preparado pelo chefe. A brusqueta no pão de forma. Prato principal fruo, aem tempeiro e conseguiram a proeza de servir um filé mignon torrado, frio e sem.sal. a sobrema o "vulcao" sem recheio, poia passaram do pjnto de cozimento e ficou assim sem o recheio do doce de leite. Sentimos que jogamos o nosso dinheiro no lixo. Outro ponto: ganhamos uma massagem cortesia onde a menina nos deixou dias com o corpo doendo, pois realmente pespu a mão na massagem. Mas o quarto, o conforto e o atendimento dos funcionários são impecáveis.
