This is a small niche b/b hotel. Everything about it is excellent, the difference is the breakfast which is provided in your room via a small but fully functional kitchenette. This hotel was a lovely surprise, highly recommended.

Really lovely hotel with fantastic public rooms. Cosy bar with log fire and home made cakes or cocktails later on. Food was delicious and service very friendly. Rooms are being upgraded and the views are beautiful.

The Bell Inn is a delightful property in beautiful surroundings. Our room was clean & bright with a very comfortable double bed. We had an evening meal & breakfast the following morning & the food was excellent. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay here again 😊

Overnight stay with my colleagues - gorgeous, traditional little place. Evening meal was exceptional (Roast Chicken) and the breakfast options were excellent. We had a slight issue at breakfast where noticed one of the cafetières didn’t seem to have any coffee mixed with the hot water - a bit unlucky when travelling with Italians! But aside from that would definitely book again without hesitation.

Ian also delighted they have relaxed the lounge menu which can now be eaten at tables. Quite right too so great management decision. I was in a single room, basic but clean. The hotel does need a refresh, and that is planned for next year. There is a gym guests can use, and spa treatments are also available (payable) in the Serenity Suite, a separate business on site. Staff were welcoming and very helpful.

A beautiful hotel which has retained original features. All staff were wonderful. We stayed for 2 nights in a suite overlooking the river ...gorgeous! Our ensuite room was huge with a very big and comfortable 4 poster bed. All areas were clean and warm. The hot breakfast was made to order and was piping hot. A rareity these days ! A wonderful hotel which we will have no hesitation staying here again. 10/10
