"Nice enough hotel would use again"

"Warm welcome and friendly staff, however quite a modest property even for a BnB and at this price point. Small room with very small shower. Fine breakfast but only instant freeze dried coffee, and few options if you don't want a fry up. Immediate area full of litter on streets (like most of Barry). I know this isn't their fault but it's a location point. Overall a fine place to stay but I'm surprised current reviews are quite so high -- afterall, a warm and friendly welcome should be expected...

"Well appointed property, comfy with good facilities. The chip shop is a must and proximity to the beach is great. We really enjoyed the property and the town, thanks Tim, I suspect we'll be back."
