Bring the whole family or group of friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. 5 min from the sea and sauna as well as local taverns like Yellow Hen and Captain Grogg and the fish truck in the harbor!  
  
The plot is over 1,600sqm and is perfect for logging, croquet and other games. The patio can accommodate larger groups, barbecue is available.   
Also 5 min from local life and 15 min to Hemse and shops like ICA, pharmacy and systembolag.   
  
The space  
villa in lovely 70s style. 88 sqm. 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 toilets of which 1 bathroom. suitable for family or group of friends. total 10 beds. 2 per bedroom plus sofa bed both upstairs and in the living room.  
  
Guest access  
you have access to the whole property and the plot when you rent  
  
Other things to note  
towels and dish towels included. placed in laundry basket under the stairs upon departure. new towels and toilet paper are available in the dressing room upstairs.   
  
you need to bring your own sheets and shower towels. If you want to borrow, it costs 200kr per person per week, then contact me for extra payment details.
