"Loved our stay at this great hotel. OK maybe only of interest if you are visiting the Wildlife Park, but for that it's hard to beat. Checked the reviews and the only thing that kept coming up was the loudness of the extractor fan - we thought 'really'! But they are very loud! Staff were great, air-con silent and effective. Food a little limited, but clearly aimed at families and pretty much as we expected "

"We arrived around 14.30 ready for a 15.00 check in. As everyone was already doing the same thing we were asked to wait which wasn't an issue. We got a coffee and just waited. We could see others checking in but still we waited. A lovely lady called Emily came to us to check us in as we were near enough the last people. She apologized profusely for the delay but it didn't matter at all to us Because of the delay we were offered any drink be it hot or cold The room was very clean and comfortable. Could've have asked for more. We had booked to go to The First Direct Arena to see Billy Ocean so asked Emily if she knew the bus timetable. "The staff in the lobby were really welcoming and friendly and helped the check-in process go smoothly. As it was a really hot day, they were offering free mini ice creams in a cone which was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was air-con as well as a blackout blind, meaning we had a really comfortable sleep. "
