"We have been guests at the Afternoon Cottages twice. We stayed in #4 the first time and #5 the second time. They are mirror images of each other. Everything was clean and the location is perfect for seeing the Aurora as long as the sky is clear. Communication with the property manager was easy and effortless and on our first stay we even extended it by a day. I highly recommend the Afternoon Cottages."

"Stayed two nights a the Hotel Ranga and so glad that my wife and I added the extra day. The restaurant was all that we expected and more and a great place to spend a cold windy night in the South. It’s also only an hour or so from Reykjavik so well worth the drive for the high quality authentic Icelandic cuisine. Rooms are very comfortable and many have access to one of two outdoor hot tubs.
