Would have been fine for family due to location of bathrooms. One full bath is not on same floor as bedrooms which was inconvenient for 3 couples sharing the house. But enjoyed the home. ##### Ann D. Everything started off really well. We got a text message that the unit was ready early. Upon arrival we were a little surprised when we arrived and found a dead roach and wasp. Not really a big deal, we were fine with that. On the second night of our stay the hot water heater tripped off. After quite a bit of back and forth they were able to send out a technician the next day. The technician called us and said the hot water heater was fixed. Unfortunately after me and the family playing in the river all day we arrived to find out the hot water heater was still not working. Additionally the two upstairs bedrooms air conditioner does not work very well. We had to open the windows in the evening to help the house get cool. After all that we asked for compensation and was offered $25\. I would not recommend this property nor would I recommend a Vacasa managed property. Finally VRBO did nothing to support us. ##### Jennifer T. The home was very clean and had everything you could need in a vacation home. The added touch of Christmas decorating was such a pleasant surprise and was done so tastefully!
