These rules are strictly enforced. Any person in violation of these rules will be subject to immediate eviction of the property and subject to applicable fines and fees set by Cabin Rentals of Helen. THIS IS A GATED AND PEACEFUL COMMUNITY If you are planning a family reunion, large gathering, or any type of party, please consider other venues. DO NOT BOOK IN THE COMMUNITY IF YOU ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A PEACEFUL AND QUIET FAMILY SETTING. NO PARTIES ALLOWED HITCHED TRAILERS- No Hitched trailers of any kind are allowed- You cannot enter through the guard gate with a trailer, even to unload. No boat trailers, boats, travel trailers, inoperative automobiles, campers. BOUNCY HOUSES/INFLATABLES- No Bouncy Houses or Inflatables of any kind are permitted inside of Innsbruck or at any Cabin Rentals of Helen Property NOISE ORDINANCE/QUIET TIME- NO NOISE AFTER 10 PM. The Community strictly enforces a 10:00 pm to 7:00 am noise curfew. Noise over 70 dcb is subject to the Helen City noise ordinance. The Helen Police Department will address excessive noise of any kind including loud vehicles, talking or shouting loudly, or music emanating from any home, which results in complaints. REGISTERED GUESTS You are not allowed to have more than the registered guest at the home at any given time. VEHICLES AND PARKING Only registered vehicles are permitted to be in the driveway at the property you have reserved. Parking is permitted in designated driveway spaces, as some homes have fewer than four available spaces. No street parking is permitted in the Innsbruck Community. All vehicles must clearly display an Innsbruck Rental Pass. Vehicles without proper identification will be required to leave the community immediately. IF YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES, Cabin Rentals of Helen reserves the right to contact Helen Police Department Immediately. Upon Helen PD being dispatched, there will be an automatic $250 fine for disturbing the peace. Cabin Rentals of Helen reserves the right to enforce immediate eviction of the property if the violation(s) are not resolved after the initial action is taken. House Rules: 25+ age requirement for lead guest. No exceptions. This property is not pet-friendly. A digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after the property is booked. Mountainhaus is an exceptional and newly updated mountain retreat, located in the Innsbruck Golf Resort - a gated community nestled in the mountains but still at the center of all the activities of Alpine Helen. This beautiful vacation home is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with friends. It sits on a double mountainside wooded lot on the 18th fairway with a private nature trail and running creek below. Enjoy the spacious open floor plan highlighted by a multi-story vaulted ceiling and fantastic views from all 4 decks. You'll love the soaring sunlit peeking through the multi-level ceiling. Rock the day away on one of the six deck rockers while overlooking the golf course and creek. This home has it all; close to everything, spacious, private, luxurious bedding and appointed furnishings, and a steam room with dual shower heads to soak after a long hike. Relax in the hot tub after a day of golfing out the back door. Only down side was the serious lack of water pressure in the bathrooms throughout the cabin. There were 10 of us. Our youngest family took the bottom floor with the game room, their own kitchen and bath which gave them their privacy. The rest of us had our own private rooms and baths which was perfect. That steamroom in the shower was awesome! We didn't do any cooking as we enjoyed eating out at all those wonderful German food venues each day. However, we thoroughly enjoyed having our coffee on the back deck each morning watching for wildlife. One evening we spent around a campfire and made s'mores and we all enjoyed the hot tub which was very clean and relaxing after a full day of Oktoberfest in Helen. Everyone involved with our stay was very helpful and informative, communication was perfect. Questions were answered timely which allowed us ample time to prepare for our travels. All in all it was a wonderful escape to Helen and our stay at the Moutainhaus Retreat couldn't have been any better unless we had been able to stay longer than our 4 days. Next time! Great accomodations, views, created the foundation for an amazing trip with the people we care about most. The kitchen was wonderful...knifes could have been sharper and needed more plastic cups.
