"The property was gorgeous and the staff could not have been more helpful. We arrived and were met by staff who took care of our arrival and explained the various baths to us. The food was amazing and plentiful. The private baths were clean and tranquil. Sitting in the hot spring while listening to the river below was an experience I will not soon forget. Add that to the beautiful scenery and it was a trip to be remembered."

"This inn is in a very convenient location- it’s very central. Easy cab or Uber ride from the station, or easy enoigh to take a bus. 5 minutes from Kenrokuen. Be aware this is a Japanese style inn with shared toilet facilities and a shared Japanese style bathroom. The shower / bath is open each evening but not in the morning.
