Worth a visit.
Fast and friendly check in, nice hotel. Make sure you book in advance if you want to go to the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was good.

Really impressed and definetly recommedend
Had been to football in Heidenheim and wanted a place in the town to stay. Really impressed with this hotel. Huge room, great service and modern interiors! Breakfast looked really nice with lots of hot and cold choices but unfortunately didn’t have any time to sample. Was also informed we could of used the swimming pool next door for free!

A clean, neat and nice place to stay.
I stayed there as part of a road trip back to Berlin. Staff was really helpful and informative. Place was very clean. Rooms are super comfortable. Quiet and Neat. Did not try to food.

Very nice hotel up above the city of Heidenheim. We were not able to take advantage of the included use of the swimming facilities next door, but heard that they are fantastic. Walking into town is all downhill, but only about 10 minutes on foot. The hotel facilities were excellent for the price, though seating in the room itself was limited (it could have used a few nice chairs to sit in). Furnishings and bathroom facilities were modern and complete. We would stay there again we were in the area.

Spacious room with beautiful view.
Everything was lovely, except two small points. First, a large dog walked in and out of the breakfast room while we were eating; secondly, the balcony outside the room, which has a glorious view, would be much improved if there were barriers sectioning off the different rooms - we might then not have smelled the morning and evening cigarettes from the lady in the next room.

A great hotel in Heidenheim an der Brenz. Beautiful location overlooking the castle and town and very convenient for business travel to the area. Very nice staff.

Great to have complimentary access to the Aquarena. One of the biggest reasons we booked this hotel. Downside was the bar food menu in the evening - overpriced for the quanitiy and quality. Otherwise very good hotel.

Hotel was clean. Definitely recommend an upgrade to a newer room. NO air conditioning even though I paid extra for AC. Breakfast was good. Limited selection.

Good business hotel with normal breakfast buffet and small patio to sit outside. Plus: it is right beside the local indoor pool with 50m swim lanes. Air conditioning didn't work, but open window brought in fresh and cool air.

A nice mini-vacation.
The hotel was quite nice - friendly staff, clean rooms, good location. My kids loved swimming every day. The only downside was that the room was incredibly hot, so I'd avoid staying here in summer.

Personal freundlich, die Lage ist super. Der Ansatz keine Standard Reinigung bei mehrtägigen Aufenthalt ist gut, dafür sollte aber die Abreisereinigung etwas gründlicher sein, die Einrichtung hat an der einen oder anderen Stelle Wartungs-/Reparaturbedarf. Dennoch alles in allem ein gutes Hotel.

Das Frühstück ist nichts Besonderes aber in Ordnung. Das Schwimmbad ist öffentlich und von daher nicht ideal zum Entspannen. Für die Sauna muss man extra zahlen. Entgegen was in der Beschreibung des Zimmers steht, kosten die Bademäntel 5€. Es entstand eine unangenehme Diskussion mit dem Empfangsmitarbeiter am Anreisetag zu dem Thema.

Eine schlechte Unterkunft, dreckiges Zimmer. Der Internetauftritt hat wenig mit der Realität zu tun. Frühstück ist eigentlich nur Konvenienz. Für die angepriesene Wellness bezahlt teuer drauf, selbst der Bademantel kostete 5€. Auf dem Zimmer wird eine Flasche Wasser für 4€ verkauft. Eine Kakerlake als Silberfisch herunter geredet, welche durchs offene Fenster kommen sollen. Raumtemperatur nicht regelbar. Kontakt zum Personal… eher hilflos. Cocktails aus dem Fertigautomaten, Nachspeise kommt im Fertigbecher Von Hägen Dazs. Zimmer unglaublich laut, ab 6 Uhr dröhnt Musik auf Hotelflur ins Zimmer.

Guten Tag Michele, viele Grüße aus dem Taste Hotel Heidenheim.Vielen Dank für das aufschlussreiche Telefonat heute Morgen, Ihr Feedback hilft uns besser zu werden und Fehler zu beseitigen.Das Thema mit der Nachspeise, hier handelt es sich wie erwähnt um ein Bauernhofeis aus Fleinheim, das die Familie Schauz herstellt (Regional),die Reinigungsgebühr des Bademantels, müssen wir leider erheben, da manche Gäste dies übertrieben hatten (Leihung von 1 bis 2 Bademäntel pro Tag) und die Kosten für die Reinigung leider sehr gestiegen sind.Bzgl. den Cocktails, bieten wir 2 Varianten an, einmal Kukki Cocktails und selbst von uns zubereiteten.Da wir sehr viel Grün um das Hotel haben, verirrt sich ab und an ein Waldtierchen von draußen zu uns.Wie besprochen, werde ich mein Team im Umgang Handling bei ,,Anmerkungen unserer Gäste schulen, damit solche Aussagen nicht mehr getätigt werden.Wir bedauern sehr, dass Ihr Aufenthalt bei uns nicht wie erwartet gelaufen ist und freuen uns sehr, dass Sie uns eine 2.te Chance geben, damit wir Ihnen zeigen können, dass Ihre Erfahrung nicht der Taste Philosophie entspricht.Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch und verbleiben bis dahin mit freundlichen Grüßen aus dem Taste Hotel Heidenheim

Das hotel war im großen und ganzen eine reise wert. Jedoch das Service personal im Gastronomie bereich sollte dringend verbessert werden. Bestellungen werden erst spät aufgenommen dauert lang bis bestellungen serviert werden. Auch die küche sollte an ihrer Qualität arbeiten auch die portionen im verhältnis zum preis sind nicht angepasst.
