Primero desde la reservación había solicitado un lugar de estacionamiento, a pesar de que parecía que había lugares disponibles me mandaron a dejarlo a la calle. El lugar a donde llegamos no era el edificio de donde se encontraba nuestro cuarto, debíamos cruzar una calle y cargar las maletas hasta la habitación sin ayuda de nadie. Al salir nos dijeron que no estaba pagada la reservación y tuvimos que insistir para decir que ya estaba pagada. En fin, mala experiencia.

Went for work In Sinsheim, but loved this place!! Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Great WiFi and complimentary breakfast. Parking is a major plus in the area. 15 minute walk to old town and the Neckar river. Highly recommend this place. No frills, but perfect.

I arrived after check-in hours with a family. It took us 1.5 hours to find our room since there was an typo on the card. There was no extra bed for the child even though it was stated in the reservation I was coming with a child. The hotel did not reserve parking for me even though I stated I need parking. No elevator and our apartment was on the third floor. Overall - The apartment is nice and clean but if you come after checkin hours you are pretty stuck.
