"Great level of cleanliness in the room and the staff were very helpful. The communal areas were also very clean and pleasant to sit in. Good free coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. Our stay exceeded expectations. A short 10 minute bike ride into the centre of Haarlem. "

Zaandam restaurants were nice but the walk there in the evening we felt uncomfortable with the many youths hanging about."
