"Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The pool was beautiful with colorful flowers all around. The restaurant was fabulous with an outstanding menu, homemade breads and desserts, and our meals were absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Such a nice view of the lake too! Highly recommend!"

"First, the place looks nothing like the pics. It is very run down, not very clean and the rooms are very small. Rooms: very dirty carpet, no closet or dresser to put clothes away, old chipped paint. Bathroom was clean as was the bedding. Breakfast? Instant oatmeal, cold cereal, there was a waffle maker and mix, and coffee. The grounds have trash everywhere, weeds, not kept up at all. One table in the courtyard if you want to sit outside and have coffee or smoke. Our friends couldn't even get a key card because there was no one there that knew how to do it. There was no bar, but I think one is opening soon. I don't know if these are new owners that inherited this mess or if they have let it go, but $100 a night was way way too much."

"The young man at Check-in was so helpful and happy, a joy to meet upon arrival. There is no hot tub, but the place has been renovated and updated which was nice. Not all the breakfast appliances were working but it was good, their coffee is some of the best hotel coffee we've had! All in all, a very nice stay!"

"The absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed in. It was so bad, I didn’t even stay in the room. I had to leave. It’s in a terrible part of town, there were people doing drugs on the balcony in adjacent rooms. Homeless people in the parking lot and the area asking for money. There were cars parked in the parking with people actively using heroin. The room itself was disgusting and filthy. Sheets that clearly had not been cleaned from the last guests. Garbage in the bathroom and room. The floors were sticky and dirty. It smelled like marijuana and stale cigarettes. Customer service was no help at all. I asked them to refund me the remainder of my stay so I could find another hotel and they denied my request so I lost my money. Expedia was no help either. They offered me an insulting $25 in one key cash. This is the 3rd time this year that Expedia has refused to help or assist me with my stay. I’m thinking of never booking through them again. "

"Looks to be recently remodeled. Lovely Georgia White Marble walls in the main room. Rooms facing the street are a little loud."

"Todo bien lo unico en las paredes no hay limpiezas area donde esta los zafacones y habia sucio (gente q se limpia la nariz y no usa papel) y las que limpian no observan de lo demas cuarto en buen estado, sus camas, almohadas y area de bañar y toilet limpio y en excelente estado. El unico detalle y fuerte pq da asco es eso en la pared .. "
