"We had a corner suite and the view of the harbor bridge, cruise ships and bay. Stay was wonderful in every way. "

"The hotel appears not to have enough working lifts to accommodate all guests. At times there was a 20 minute wait to get from the upper levels down to the ground floor. Mystery charges were also charged to my card after checking out with staff unable to give a reason why - am now waiting for the staff to call me back with answers."

"Only one chair with a large table in a family room. Would be good to have at least 2 chairs. Bathroom was great, room very clean and good amount of space. Reception staff could do with some further train. Pre-check in is a waste of time. "

"Very big rooms --- very clean -- kitchen all worked well -- TV hanging off a side wall was not ideal, but it worked. Bed was large and comfortable -- a very good downtown Sydney hotel."
