A bright two bedroom bungalow with one double and one twin room, bathroom and open plan kitchen/dining and living space, in a great location for couples, friends or small families to escape to. Close to the park's amenities including a communal pool, bar, restaurant, with almost adjacent parking. Only a short drive into central Hayle, with it's amenities and beaches, and St. Ives and Penzance within easy reach. making 15 Trevithick Court is a great location from which to explore West Cornwall. A message from Toms Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too. EV Charging There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app. The Location The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions. On the doorstep The property has use of the site facilities which are open March-November and include: \-Tennis court \-Squash court \-Swimming pool \-Sauna \-Games area \-Family club (entertainment is peak school holidays only) \-Bar area (free wifi) \-Launderette \-Shop \-Bar meals and takeaway are available. Only a short drive into Hayle you have a great selection of shops and restaurants. Further afield The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by. At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer. For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay. For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes. Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series. Whether it is a relaxing laid back holiday or a more action packed holiday you are seeking Hayle Holidays at Tolroy Manor is the ideal place for your Cornish getaway. Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above. While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion. Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March): Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. The property felt damp, although clean it smelt damp, the bedding did not feel clean nor did it smell fresh. I note from the previous comments that this is not the first time this has been mentioned, so it is a shame that nothing seems to have been done about it. It was extremely disappointing as our intention was to spend time with our grandchildren who live in Helston, but my husband's health situation could not tolerate the effect on his lungs. I would not recommend the property without further work to resolve the problem.
