This is the only place I will stay in Barbados. I have stayed 9 times! The staff, food location and rooms are all excellent. I recommend it to everyone! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they are all friendly and kind.

I have nothing bad to say about sugar bay!!!! This place was wonderful and perfect for my first time stay, My costumer service was amazing they helped out with anything i came across! The food was actually pretty good too, so many options they never repeated a meal. The beach on the property is so beautiful too. you have everything in one place.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room clean and had good view of the garden from my balcony. Great food and wide variety to choose from each mealtime. Was able to customise my cocktails Entertainment was great each night and there was no drunk people misbehaving so felt safe as a single traveller.

We have stayed here multiple times and already looking forward to our 2027 visit. It’s the perfect size and ambiance for us. Easy to get around. Buffet is not huge but amazing options that are tasty and well prepared. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I spent a week there with my family and we were very overwhelmed by all the staff especially Askil’s great bartender takes care of us and makes for us some good refreshing drinks. All the servers at the dining were very nice. Great place to stay and my 8 year old son likes it so much and feel like to stay for more days.

Lovely stay! We really enjoyed ourselves. Great location, delicious food, fab beach, good swimming, warm welcome. Good entertainment considering we went during down season. Nice pool! Nice rooms! Attentive housekeeping! Lovely spa! Only thing I would improve is the fact that some staff were super kind and friendly, and some staff were frosty cold!

What a fantastic hotel. Our beach front room was very clean and spacious. The food was outstanding with plenty of variety. The evening entertainment were incredibly talented. The entire staff were very welcoming, helpful, and always had a positive attitude. The beach was clean, and the crystal-clear water was absolutely breath taking. Thank you Sugar Bay for making our 40th wedding anniversary stay so special. We had an amazing time and would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

Lovely holiday! Relatively small hotel with lots of nature around. Beautiful sea with so many fishes to see within metres from the beach. Our 6 year old loved it too. Good service throughout the hotel. Live singers in the evening. Relaxing massage at the spa which was good value for money.

When i arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome & An option of an ice cold rum punch/ fruit punch cocktail. After we checked in, Our room's were available before the initial time. Later than evening we had lunch which was hands down gourmet to each carefully crafted and well seasoned with love dish. Staff had our bags brought up to our rooms with urgency. Staff makes you feel appreciated and taken care of.

This property is very well kept. The staff are amazing. Specially Damian and Nathaniel at the swim up bar they kept the energy and drinks going… Ontario at the reef was also amazing. In general everyone is very helpful, friendly and ready to help. Will def comeback and recommend to others.
