"Very nice property needs upgrade with elevators since steps only option to get to 400 rooms and definitely needs room upgrades with AC in rooms . We made it work while there that week . Overall enjoyed the property . "

"Loved the Crane - will be back, The room was so well thought out - comfortable, spacious, lots of storage, The kitchen had the basics yet we were still able to create some great gourmet meals, which helped with our food expenses. The restaurants we went to were also excellent. My only complaint was there was no hot water in the shower. The plumber did a repair but still the water was just barely warm for a shower. Other people in our party had really hot water - so it was just our room. Will still return!"
