The owner was very good with communication and we would definitely stay again. The house was well equipped with everything you could need. Dirty floors, dirty carpets, upstairs bathroom has a god awful shower curtain that was so old and dirty. the rod full of mold. we never showered there. We hauled ourselves downstairs into the o.k. shower, after pulling out a hunk of hair in the drain. A broken shelf in the fridge caused us to lose a 50 dollar bottle of wine that shattered on the floor. Every pot and pan in the kitchen was dirty and had to be washed before use. I could go on and on. The only reason we stayed is that we cleaned and we arrived on the August long weekend , when finding something else was impossible. these owners need to replace dirty old stained "stuff" and get a new cleaner. As far as I am concerned they owe us money for cleaning...it is overpriced!!! It is a large complex, right near highway 1\. it is a transient place people coming and going . The grounds are not well maintained and I can't even describe the garbage bin area without using profanity. Save yourselves money and book elsewhere. oh discovering a red bra in the nightstand on the day we checked out, while double checking we didn't leave anything behind.. was a nice final touch. ##### Elli J.
