Fantatic location. 5 minutes to downtown Canmore (which we loved more than Banff). About 15 minutes to downtown Banff (great too, just very busy and more tourists). We traveled/hiked a lot and it was nice to be able to jump on the Trans-Canada Highway. Check in/out and communication was great.
