"The woman at the PAID breakfast buffet is RUDE! She should be cleaning rooms and FAR AWAY from direct customer service. Breakfast was a JOKE! I’ve had better food (and service) at a FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST The rooms had been “updated” but in a very poor fashion. The bathtub faucet wasn’t even caulked to the wall so when we pulled the lever to start the shower it did nothing. We had to hold the faucet in order to pull the lever. Every shower bar was crooked. It was obvious this place was updated in a cheap and quick fashion. The waterpark was a BLAST! We will definitely be back just to visit the water park. The rest of the place we could do without though. "

"This place is Perfect!!! We went with 5 adults and 1 almost teenager and still had 2 bedrooms used. With 5 full bathrooms it made getting ready for each day a breeze. Can’t say enough good things about our host Matt! Check-in and out were very easy, and Matt answered any questions we had Very quickly, and even gave us some great ideas on things to do and places to eat."

"This home was absolutely perfect for our family! The home was incredibly clean, exactly as detailed in the listing, and the hosts, were very quick to respond to a minor "help needed" request. The house itself is centrally located to so many attractions and is situated in a great compound. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for Spring Break! With our two girls and in laws it was the perfect amount of space and our kids loved the foosball and arcade game. The house was close enough to all of the activity in Pigeon Forge although it would have been even better if it were just a tad closer! All in all it was a great stay and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a cozy place to hang out in between all of the activity!"
