Cromwell's Tap House

"Our 3rd stay at Cromwells and had the same rooms. Overall very clean and tidy however quite a lot of cobwebs around the beams and top of curtain rails in room 4. The 10% discount in the bar was still a good addition to the stay. We love the location to all amenities as very easy to walk everywhere. The staff were very helpful & friendly throughout our stay. We will definitely return again,"

"Our stay was great, we were in one of the annexes rather than the main house, it was a standard hotel room and the view was lovely. We had a long walk around the grounds, interesting to see the sports facilities. The bar in the main house was quite small but we managed to get a table and it was reasonably priced. Breakfast was good, a nice selection of foods. There were a few sports teams staying while we were there but that wasn't a problem for us at all and we didn't feel like we were in the way. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only small downside was hotel reception and parking were not clearly marked but we managed to find our way to the right place. We would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Lovely surroundings which made the stay Room was small and bin had not been emptied also shower was too hot and was hard to regulate temperature. Staff helpful and pleasant especially bar staff"

"Ideal place to stay whether on business or personal. Accommodation is separate block in carpark, which has plenty of parking. Marston’s restaurant food is excellent. Room was great with aircon if needed. Note 2 story with stairs, so best to phone if infirm so you can secure a first floor room. 8 full fat EV chargers on site, including Chademo. Next door is BP service station with Asda local, Subway and Starbucks. Burger King also next door. Centrally located for business park but makes an ideal location if visiting area as all services are within easy reach include most fast food brands. For fitness fans the many pathways mean an easy circuit is available. Sunday running group use it as their base. Well worth a visit, recommended."
