I was LOCKED OUT at 11pm and there was no one on staff nor did they picked up the phone. I sat in the parking lot for 90 mins. Expedia is also at fault for not sending the passcode to begin with. DO NOT ever use Expedia or this hotel (with NO staff after 7pm) unless you would like to sleep in a parking lot! I will say, the next day the staff in the hotel were nice but no one on the "Help Phone" picked up after hours. I sat on the phone for 90 mins

The property is well run, the place is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is better than I expected as it seems to be hit and miss at a lot of hotels in France

Cheap, clean and convenient
Just a one night stay to go to world cup football match, so this neighbour needs, cheap, clean and convenient location. It is a no service b and b, so self check in and limited reception time, but easy to use. Breakfast was disappointing, not the range of continental breakfast that was advertised and no 'normal' tea!!

Comfortable clean room for the night
Helpful staff who accommodated my request for extra pillows. There was not a lot to see in the immediate area however it was a good affordable option for visiting Hornfleur nearby. It was also well located for onward travel towards Calais.

Good Value
This place is clean and good value for the price. The room was on the small size - too small for 2 chairs so we could sit comfortably. We also wish these budget hotels would provide a hair dryer . Breakfast had a nice variety of foods.

We knew that the hotel room was going to be simple. But, as soon as we entered in the room, we discovered that it smelled like smock, even if we had booked a nonsmocking room. The main light in the room didn't switch on, so that we had to use the small ones next to the bed. The status of the bathroom was horrible: the shower was dirty and, as we used the sink for washing the hands, the dirty water came out from the shower drain!

Staff wouldn't honor reservation.
I can't even tell you about the room because when I called to tell hotel I might be a little late to inquire about late check in procedures (later found they had a kiosk), they told me I didn't have a reservation. When I insisted they told me I was wrong and there was no room. I naturally booked another hotel. Then found out they charged me and refused to refund my money because I did not show up. Thankfully Hotels.com came to the rescue. So all I can say is this staff is terrible and was rude to me on phone and told me I was wrong about my reservation until it benefited them. Would not tell me about late check-in. Forget this place.

Room smelt like a dirty vacuum cleaner
Room smelt like a vacuum cleaner when it needs to have its bag & filter changed – this smell was also noticeable in breakfast area – my conclusion was that the air con was filthy and recirculating dirt & smells. The Air temperature in the room was unacceptable so hot May 2017 (29c outside) – the air-con was old noisy, smelly & completely useless, an open window was more effective. Room lighting was appalling general condition of furniture was cheap poor quality dirty and uncared for, dim lighting I suspect was used to hide this. Shower cubical needed re-grouting & a new drainage plug as it was just a hole, anything could fall through like ring, jewellery etc. WiFi was useless - patchy & when it connected it was slow

Pleasant stay again
We have stayed here several times on visit to family in eastern Le Havre. My husband's last visit was a solo trip in August 2016. While not luxurious, the room is reliably clean and comfortable, and the staff consistently efficient. Wifi works. Breakfast is basic but fine. It is a short walk from Harfleur (but that's all), and conveniently located to the city and highway for everything else if you have a car.

Ideal Family Stopover
Stayed here on the first night of our holiday to break the journey from Calais to southern Brittany. It was the perfect distance, just over 2 hours drive. Easy to find from the main route in to Le Havre. Check in was easy and quick, with a very helpful multi-lingual receptionist, who also served breakfast next day. I had not used this chain before as we have relied on Formule 1 for this kind of stay with our four children. However, with just the two youngest teenagers, the room set up was great; a double bed and bathroom downstairs, and upstairs a mezzanine level with twin beds for our boys. There was even space for the dog's (4 euros/night) bed. The hotel is located on an industrial estate,with ample easy free parking. However 5 minutes walk away is the delightful half-timbered medieval town of Harfleur, which we discovered while dog walking. Deciding to pass the chain restaurant next door to the hotel, we had a delicious meal in the main square, eating outside by a fountain. Do take half an hour to explore. Breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful with even some hot items and reasonable coffee. Cheap and efficient basic hotel, ideal for stopovers and the Channel ports. Will definitely be looking to use this chain again and have already recommended to other dog owning families!

Hotel good for a night good sleep!
Location is a bit remote and not much choice of nearby reataurant but is good for a night stop as it's close to ring road. Bed is comfortable though.
