Staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the heater in the room didn’t work properly. Bathroom was clean but very small, shower stall was tiny!

Great place to stay can’t knock the stay only thing is that’s it way to hot in there maybe air con or more fans!! But other then that I will be staying again for sure!!

This hotel is unique - it's special use of trees and wood in its decor is very interesting, The staff are friendly and helpful and the food exceptional. Plus beehives in the city! We shall visit Manchester again soon, just to stay there. ...
