Хороший готель недалеко від центру Хараре та автов
Готель розміщений недалеко від центру Хараре та автовокзалу, до яких можна дійти пішки або доїхати за один долар на мікроавтобусі. Тут безпечно. Є велика зелена територія. Чисто. Доброзичливе обслуговування. Хороший вайфай. Ліжко комфортне. Гаряча вода є цілодобово. Можна користуватись кухнею. До супермаркету ОК можна дійти за 5 хвилин. Низька ціна для Хараре. Прекрасне співвідношення ціна-якість. Рекомендую

The propert is not safe. While i was out for meetings they will let out the room to other people on short time. So i would come back to a smelly room. The other day i found blood on the war and curtains in the room, smashed glasses everywhere on the floor. When i brought it to the attention of staff they seemed ignorant of what had happened in the room. The thought that they were letting other people in the room while i was out working is disgusting

We are very sorry for your experience. It was our maintenance guys who were installing a Wi-Fi extender and they wanted to access the power point. apparently they dropped an empty bottle which cut his hand and we took him to the hospital hence there was blood on the curtains. We do not do short time business that is misrepresentation of facts and you are not very honest we attended to your complain and you accepted our apology and l am supprised with your misleading review.
