"The location was excellent and perfect for shopping, food and the AO arena. The room itself was nice enough and beds were clean. The bathroom however let it down a bit as this wasn’t very clean. There was mould in the shower and the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned. There was a very bad smell coming from the drains. "

"A full week after we checked out the hotel emailed me saying they reviewed our recorded and I had an outstanding bill from the restaurant. We never ate at the hotel or used any services. They asked me to pay the bill online. I will not be staying here again. "

"a very central hotel for Manchester, lovely big apartments, very clean, pool was excellent and a nice addition. meanly complaint would be only one lift working so took a long time to get to our room every time."
