これは施設の問題ではなくて、エクスペディアの問題です。 フロントは不在で自分で何とかしないとはいれませんでした。たまたま私の現地の友人が地下にいた管理人の方に色々話をしてやっと通りました。その前に彼はこのホテルの連絡先に電話を入れたりもしていました。アゴダではこういうところありますが、それで私はアゴダをやめたのにエクスペディアでも同じ事が、、、。今年の1月もエクスペディアで洗濯機付きの部屋を取ったのにホテル側に拒否されアップグレード代要求されました。2回続けてエクスペディアでの低級な対応にほとほと呆れています。
