Owner tells me when I get there there is no single bed room only double bed room and puts me in one. He says to use only one bed, I say ok and I check out few hours later, as I am waiting for my grab he comes running down the stairs and throws my stuff out and yells in Vietnamese, I couldn’t understand him but I think he assumes i used both beds , regardless his rage was uncalled for and ruined my visit. Owner was extremely accommodating. Room was recently refurbished and very clean as well as quiet. For our room, private bathroom was down the hall (but others were em suite). Best value for the price and would stay again without hesitation. The few negatives: no elevator (we were on 5th floor but owner carried our bags), community center started playing music for exercise at 6:30 am. For $15, it's the best hotel we've ever stayed in.
