Located on the 2nd floor of a building on one of the oldest streets in Hanoi, Lotus House features a modern design that offers an ideal private space right in the heart of the city. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake — the heart of Hanoi and a must-visit spot for both locals and tourists.
Like most local houses in the Old Quarter, Lotus House is located inside a small alley and has only stair access with no elevator. If you need help with your luggage, just let us know in advance — We're more than happy to assist!
Just a heads-up: since you’ll need to climb stairs, the space might not be the best fit for elderly guests or those who have difficulty walking.

No. Like most local houses in the Old Quarter, Lotus House does not have an elevator and is accessed by stairs only.
This property may not be suitable for elderly guests or guests with mobility or health concerns due to stairs.

Yes. If you need help carrying your luggage, please let us know in advance and we will arrange staff to assist you.

Yes. We provide a luggage storage area, which you can use before check-in and after check-out.
