This hotel was beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. Our host, Grace, was very attentive to our needs. They checked in with us daily. I loved the breakfast buffet, and the rooftop bar had great views. It’s a great location for the Old Quarter and getting picked up for tours. Would stay here again.

The staff showed amazing hospitality at this hotel. Always very pleasant and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was quite small but refreshing. Great location to see the Old Quarter attractions. After spending a few hours out in the chaos of Hanoi, the hotel was welcome relief to come back to. Street noise is completely blocked out. Overall excellent particularly the front staff.

What makes this property stand out is the fact that their service was out of this world. No notes. From entering to exiting, they held our luggage even offered a shower. As we left, they gave us free tea to enjoy. They crossed the street with us and made us feel like home all the way through. The facility itself was amazing with plenty of amenities and a generous offering for breakfast every day. The location was excellent as we only had to walk maximum 10 minutes to where we needed to go highly recommend!

My stay at this hotel was excellent - from the very beginning to the end. Firstly, airport pick-up and drop-off was arranged and executed easily as well as efficiently. Secondly, I've received such a warm and professional welcome at the hotel which still amazes me. The same applies to when I checked out. Thirdly, my room was in great condition and most importantly clean. House keeping works fast and thoroughly everyday. Fourthly, extra facililties like the pool are a great feature - I was able to cool off in between my busy daytime activities, which seemed absolutely necessary considering seasonal temperatures. Lastly, staff is amazing - from reception desk to restaurant, everybody goes out of their way to accommodate you. Considering how much you pay for your stay and what you actually get for your money, I suggest tipping generously. Especially since there will be one person assigned to you who makes sure that you're having a great stay. 10/10!
