Lovely hotel in a central but quiet location in the town centre. The room and the hotel were well equipped and maintained, all staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is dog friendly, which we were unaware of. We will be back with our dog, who stayed at home this time.

Beautiful hotel, great location

It is a great hotel with an excellent location. I would say the only downfall is no air conditioning and therefore open windows, which were located at a very noisy road. That put a bit of a damper in an otherwise great experience.

It was really hot outside - and the aircondition was not running well or not at all, so it was really hot inside as well. especially at the rooms (we had 4 in different sites at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel was a disappontment as well. the chickenwit rice as a main metal was 3 spoons of rice and 2 spoons of meat and sauce. Far to little. the ice dessert was 3 scoops of ice, but was more than 10 euro. To expensive for that and the mainstream. we did have 2 burgers as well. Good side, lots of french frites. Okay price for those. (around 22 euro each). The building was great and the hotel beautefull, a very good location. The breakfast was also very good and included . Would perhaps go again - but not if the temperature is above 30 degress, and would not eat dinner there again. The rooms was nice

This was a very nice hotel with beautiful rooms. They offer on-site outdoor parking for €16/night which is the most we have had to pay for parking on our trip. Also, the fee WiFi worked flawlessly in the lobby but kept cutting out in the room which was quite frustrating.

Cold room :(

The heating in my room did not work. The fact that the reception did not seem surprised by this leads me to believe it has been a long time defective. Hotel fully booked so room change impossible. I was offered a small convection heater but this is not 4 star accomodation if you have to deal with this. Staff are friendly and helpful but they are not plumbers so they cant really help you. Everything else was acceptable.

Några veckor inför vistelsen hade jag mailat hotellet om att vi behöver en parkeringsplats och hur vi skulle göra. Jag fick inget svar på mailet. När vi då var framme vid parkeringen som gps:en hade visat oss, så var ingången stängd med rödvit plastband och en skylt med uppfordring att ibte amvända drn lnhången menben annan (som gps:et ibte hittat). Så vi behövde köra kunt i området för att hitta andra ingången. Det känndes lite låg service. Sen framme: En historisk byggnad, noga renoverad. Mycket fint. Med bord och stolar på gräsmattan utanför hotellets ingång. Rummet var rent och ljust. Inredningen var gammal, garderobens dörr stängde inte. Ingen Air Condition, men vi hade fönstret öppet, vilket räckte. Badrummet var rent, duschkabinen var gammal men höll vattnet inne. Trycket i duschen var låg och värmen av vattnet varierade under användningen. Men det fanns Rituals tvål, shampoo och duschgel, et stort plus. Vi tog en drink i baren på kvällen. Bartendern, David, var mycket trevligt, vilket lyfte hela vistelsen. Frukostbuffén hade det man förväntar sig. I helheten var det en trevlig vistelse, men vi saknade värme/intresset från personalen i gästerna. De var trevliga, men man kände sig inte iakttagen, bara en del dagens business (förutom bartendern).

Værelserne var som sådan ok, men umoderne og trænger til renovering. Badeværelset trængte til renovering (vandet i brusekabinen vekslede mellemrum koldt og varmt og toilettet havede kun fuldt skyld. Der var ingen ventilation eller aircondition og de havede stadigvæk 4 stjerner.
