Es ist eine schöne, moderne und helle Wohnung, alles drin was man braucht für den Urlaub. Das Meer ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Lidl, Rossmann Apotheke und der Lebensmittelmarkt sind nur ein paar Meter entfernt . Auch die Parkplätze sehr sind komfortabel und groß. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die Hauptstraße. Sie ist tagsüber relativ laut. Nachts entspannt sich die Situation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne, saubere und moderne Wohnung mit durchdachter und liebevoller Einrichtung (Hundekörbchen und Näpfe, Kinderbett und Hochstuhl etc.). Im Bad gab es diverse nützliche Utensilien und der Tisch war schön gedeckt und mit einem „Minibar-Körbchen“ versehen. Man fühlte sich gleich willkommen. W-LAN war auch verfügbar und eine Ladestation für E-Autos (separat abgerechnet). In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch am Sonntag) sowie Restaurants und Imbisse. Das „Meer“ ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar bei Fragen. Auch Hunde sind willkommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche ,die Wohnung ist richtig schön und gut ausgestattet. Kleines Manko ist die laute Strasse. Würden aber immer gern wieder kommen.

Die Wohnungstür kann nur per Code geöffnet werden, es gibt keinen Schlüssel, das war aber nie ein Problem. Der Präsentkorb war sehr gut ausgestattet, für meinen Geschmack zu viele alkoholische Getränke, aber die muss man ja nicht trinken. Sehr saubere Wohnung, gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Straße ist sehr laut tagsüber (viele Motorradfahrer), sodass wir hin und wieder das Fenster schließen mussten. Nachts okay, ich schlafe nur mit geschlossenem Fenster und kann daher nichts zur Lärmbelastung nachts sagen (nur ein Schlafzimmer geht direkt auf die Straße raus, das andere ist auf Seite der Hauseinfahrt).

Es war einfach toll!

Wir haben hier ein tolles langes Wochenende verbracht. Die Wohnung ist einfach schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Man fühlte dich direkt willkommen. Gute Lage, da man von hier aus alles problemlos erreichen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, absolut sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Check-in war problemlos und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Ort und das Steinhuder Meer sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wissen sollte man allerdings, dass sich die Terrasse zur Straßenseite (einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße) befindet. Uns hat der Verkehrslärm nicht gestört, da wir im Winter dort waren und die Fenster sehr gut isoliert sind. Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Schön ausgestattete Ferienwohnung am Steinhudermeer

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem relativ neuem Haus mit 4 Parteien, am Rand einer Hauptstraße. Den Verkehr hört man deutlich, aber das hat uns nicht wirklich gestört. Einfahrt ist mit einem automatischen Poller abgesichert, der nach Pin Eingabe im Boden verschwindet. Einfach cool! Lage: sehr gut gelegen, da man in ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß schon die zentralen Promenade am Meer erreichen kann. Es gibt genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten z.B. Lidl und Essenslokale direkt in der Nähe. Ausstattung der Wohnung: Fußbodenheizung, großer Flachfernseher mit Netflix und co. Kinderstuhl und Babybett vorhanden. Tierfreundlich. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien bestens ausgestattet. Sauberkeit: Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Gastgeber Freundlichkeit: sehr nett und freundlich. Bei der Ankunft war sogar der Tisch bereits gedeckt und alle Betten schön gemacht. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen! Vielen herzlichen Dank!!!

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung

Wir waren 2 Wochen zu viert in Wohnung 2. Aus dem Angebot konnten wir leider nicht erkennen, dass es die Wohnung zur Straße ist. Die Straße ist stark befahren. Jedoch da es ein neues Haus mit guten Fenster ist hat es uns nicht beeinträchtigt.. Die Ausstattung war exzellent. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Der Badezimmer Boden könnte gründlicher gereinigt werden. Oberflächlich alles gut, aber wenn man mit einem feuchten Tuch drüber geht ist das Tuch schwarz. Sonst in die Wohnung in gutem Zustand

Kurzurlaub

Wohnung und die Kommunikation war super. Was in der Beschreibung des Objektes nicht zu entnehmen war, das sich die Wohnung direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße befand. Die Terasse kann man damit im Sommer leider nicht benutzen, es sei denn man mag den Lärm. Ansonsten waren wir wir sehr zufrieden.
