Pictures showed on Expedia Website doesn’t show what hotel room realy is. Very small room, shower doesn’t work cold water, Internet doenst work any time, there is no front desk after 9:00pm and the entry door is kept locked from 10 pm to 6 am. Very noise, not family place.

The informed address was incorrect. Found the correct address on their own website. And when I arrived the hotel had been on fire, so all windows and doors were closed of with tape from the fire department.

Hotel owners seem to run place like b&b hotel looks abandoned from outside no staff on site owner is only there to make limited breakfast and do paperwork seems overwhelmed no rooms and bathrooms cleaned will not stay there again

extremely basic/spartan hotel. only redeeming quality is it was clean and close to Hannover Fairgrounds. Price was way to high for what you get, but the location during extremely busy show helped offset it.

Booked a room for a single night. When I arrived in the evening, no one was there to answer the door, let me in, etc. I called and no one picked up. The hotel was empty. Looked to be in poor condition; I would not recommend from my limited and unfortunate experience. I ended up going to another hotel and am glad I did.

AVOID - This hotel makes Fawlty Towers look good.!
Quite simply, this was the worst hotel I have ever experienced, and I stay in many hotels a year for business. The fact that this is reasonably close to the Messe is all that they offer, but they inflate the price to extortion level whenever a fair is on. Now this I sort of understand, as it is simple supply/demand economics, but I booked one of their best rooms and paid in advance. Upon check-in I was told that my room choice was not available and was given a small single room without offer of refund. Through a serious of almost comedy language barriers I am always told tomorrow, tomorrow many times and 3 weeks later still have yet to see a refund. This is not acceptable, I feel cheated, like I have been stolen from. Another shocking fact is when the rooms are cleaned, ALL rooms in the hotel are left not only unlocked but the doors wide open for a few hours during the day. Even occupied rooms with suitcases on beds and personal belongings visible in the room. This is massive security risk. Again totally not acceptable. I have to laugh off the outrageously bad running of the hotel as this I had never experienced before but it did remind me of Fawlty Towers (Old UK TV comedy series)....AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

It is a place to avoid as much as possible for a small hotel. I made check in at this hotel at 9 pm at night. I was at the front of my bag. The hotel owner locked the door and left. I got the bag next morning. I made a reservation for this hotel to provide free breakfast. However, this hotel was deceived and paid to my wife. And he refused to give back the breakfast fee.

Family atmosphere
Clean place run by friendly family, close to major thoroughfare and bus stop, only minutes to Messe. Great breakfast, plenty of free parking, fresh towels every day. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious and looked like it was newly renovated.

A very overpriced small and below basic room.
I stayed there because all other places were taken for Hannover Messe. All rooms are not the same so my review is limited to my single very small room. Bed was small, and no space to move on the room. Very outdated furniture and bathroom. O didn't find soap and shampoo on my first night, and actually looking at my room I thought I shouldn't expect any, but they brought it the next day. The room has no power sockets except for one at the ground behind the TV. I couldn't charge more devices in the same time, and couldn't use my phone while charging it. Breakfast is very basic too.

Nach all den negative Bewertungen des Hotels war ich zunaechst verunsichert, diese haben sich zum Glueck aber nicht bewahrheitet. Ja, klar, es ist kein Luxushotel, die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind einfach, das Fruehstueck war gut, alles in allem vollkommen ok.

It is impossible to get receipt/invoice do the stay, so if you go on bussines trip don't choose this hotel. You need to be very lucky to find someone in reception during the day. Beside this: very poor standard of room, lack of internet, heater warm only few hours per day, sometimes lack of warm water

Derzeit keine Empfehlung
Derzeit wird ein Teil des Hotels bebaut. Mein Zimmer war wohl im fertigen Bereich. Die Renovierung war laienhaft und ungenügend. Das Zimmer und das Bad nicht sauber (Fußboden staubig, Haare im Waschbecken, insbesondere Bad schlecht renoviert, Handtuchhalter richtig dreckig und nicht ordentlich befestigt, Möbel miserabel mit klemmenden Türen aufgebaut, kein Fernsehempfang, kein Radio). Mein Zimmer ging zur Hauptstraße inklusive Ampel raus und war vorsichtig gesagt, entsprechend unruhig. Beim Einzug mussten wir lange nach jemanden Suchen und rufen, bis wir Erfolg hatten. Am Abreisetag war niemand da. Wir waren froh kein Frühstück dort gebucht zu haben. Es war für eine Nacht eine trockene und preiswerte Unterkunft, wird von uns aber nicht wieder gebucht werden.

처음에 숙소 보고 깜짝 놀랬음 방도 너무 작고, 샤워공간, 화장실, 세면대 각각 다 분리 되어 있음 샤워 공간은 성인 한명 들어 가서 겨우 씻을수 있는 공간 슬리퍼, 드라이기 비치되어 있지 않아 너무 불편 하지만 조식 및 서비스는 나쁘지 않았음 주변 500미터 정도 되는 거리에 마트 및 레스토랑이 있긴 하였지만 가는길에 가로등이 없어서 조금 위험 할 수도 있다는 생각 들었음

Sehr laut, sehr kleines Zimmer. Das Bad ohne Heizung, keine Duschkabine ( Folienforhang), sehr kleine Duschtasse. Unwahrscheinlich teuer für die Leistung. Parkplatz wirklich kostenlos vor der Tür. Sonst passt in diesem Hotel nichts außer Früstück. Mein Zimmer war nicht sauber: da und hier lag eine Schicht Staub. Mein Bett war sehr unbequem. Kaum Steckdosen im Zimmer, die vorhandene Steckdosen waren schon belegt und schwer erreichbar. Was nützt da ein Wasserkocher und zwei Teebeutel, die im Zimmer auf mich gewartet haben? Internet sehr langsam und unsicher, nur 7 TV Programme. Was nutzt da ein Flachbildschirm? Ein Punkt für die gut gebügelte Bettwäsche und den Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Der Kühlschrank war eine Überraschung, der war im Zimmerbeschreibung nicht vorhanden und so hatte ich nichts zum Kühlen. Frühstück einfach, aber frisch von der Qualität. Keine große Auswahl, man wird aber satt. Ob dafür 6 Euro in Ordnung sind? Vielleicht., aber dann nur weil saubere gemangelte Tischdecken vorhanden sind. Alles in einem: für eine Übernachtung o. K., evt. ist so ein Preis dieser Gegend normal. Drei Sterne am Eingang sind sehr übertrieben

NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!
Dieses Hotel ist wirklich nicht zu empfehlen!! Wir sind leider jetzt das zweite mal auf dieses Hotel innerhalb zwei Jahren rein gefallen, da sie den Namen geändert und die Bilder im Internet leider auch nichts mit der Realität zu tun hatten. Haben Doppelzimmer gebucht, Einzelzimmer bekommen und bei den zimmern im Keller läuft in der Dusche das dreckige Duschwasser der Zimmer oben drüber raus...

HONTEUX! J'avais réservé deux chambre (une et deux personnes) pour mes salariés, à leur arrivée une des chambres avait déjà été louée! Solution proposée: changez d'hôtel! Après leur refus, on leur a installé un matelas au sol dans la chambre double (à trois dans une chambre dont un par terre!). Les nuits suivantes, on a installé la troisième personne dans un minuscule débarras (ce n'était clairement pas une chambre, il n'y avait pas de numéro sur la porte), ou dormaient des insectes!!! Pour couronner le tout, la réceptionniste (patronne?) était plus que désagréable, elle leur a seulement nourrit le jour où il n'a avait plus d'eau chaude dans les douches!!! Pour finir, petit déjeuner plus que sommaire, plus de pain le dernier matin... Résumé: deux chambres payées, une seule obtenue, et je passe pour un *** auprès de mes employés... J'attend un geste de la part d'Hotel.com et j'espère que cet établissement ne figurera plus sur le site!

Hotel ist eine Atrappe. Niemand macht die Tür auf
Habe dieses Hotel gebucht. Könnte laut Email bis 22:00 einchecken. Ich war um 21:30 ihr dort. Niemand war dort und niemand hat mir aufgemacht. BEWEIS FOTOS. Geld würde abgebucht und ich musste mitten in der Nacht ein anderes Hotel suchen . Unglaublich
