Pictures showed on Expedia Website doesn’t show what hotel room realy is. Very small room, shower doesn’t work cold water, Internet doenst work any time, there is no front desk after 9:00pm and the entry door is kept locked from 10 pm to 6 am. Very noise, not family place.

WHY IS THIS LISTING STILL ON HOTELS.COM ?
The informed address was incorrect. Found the correct address on their own website. And when I arrived the hotel had been on fire, so all windows and doors were closed of with tape from the fire department.

Hotel owners seem to run place like b&b hotel looks abandoned from outside no staff on site owner is only there to make limited breakfast and do paperwork seems overwhelmed no rooms and bathrooms cleaned will not stay there again

extremely basic/spartan hotel. only redeeming quality is it was clean and close to Hannover Fairgrounds. Price was way to high for what you get, but the location during extremely busy show helped offset it.

Booked a room for a single night. When I arrived in the evening, no one was there to answer the door, let me in, etc. I called and no one picked up. The hotel was empty. Looked to be in poor condition; I would not recommend from my limited and unfortunate experience. I ended up going to another hotel and am glad I did.

AVOID - This hotel makes Fawlty Towers look good.!
Quite simply, this was the worst hotel I have ever experienced, and I stay in many hotels a year for business. The fact that this is reasonably close to the Messe is all that they offer, but they inflate the price to extortion level whenever a fair is on. Now this I sort of understand, as it is simple supply/demand economics, but I booked one of their best rooms and paid in advance. Upon check-in I was told that my room choice was not available and was given a small single room without offer of refund. Through a serious of almost comedy language barriers I am always told tomorrow, tomorrow many times and 3 weeks later still have yet to see a refund. This is not acceptable, I feel cheated, like I have been stolen from. Another shocking fact is when the rooms are cleaned, ALL rooms in the hotel are left not only unlocked but the doors wide open for a few hours during the day. Even occupied rooms with suitcases on beds and personal belongings visible in the room. This is massive security risk. Again totally not acceptable. I have to laugh off the outrageously bad running of the hotel as this I had never experienced before but it did remind me of Fawlty Towers (Old UK TV comedy series)....AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

Not Good
It is a place to avoid as much as possible for a small hotel. I made check in at this hotel at 9 pm at night. I was at the front of my bag. The hotel owner locked the door and left. I got the bag next morning. I made a reservation for this hotel to provide free breakfast. However, this hotel was deceived and paid to my wife. And he refused to give back the breakfast fee.
