Am Marstall is situated in Hannover's bustling city center, known for its historic charm and vibrant urban life. Here's what makes this location exceptional:  
  
Live steps away from shopping destinations, trendy cafes, and fine dining. Everything you need is within walking distance.  
Explore the nearby Schauspielhaus Hannover, opera house, and theaters for world-class performances and events.  
Am Marstall is steeped in history, with iconic landmarks such as the Old Town Hall (Altes Rathaus) and the Marktkirche just a short stroll away.  
Excellent access to public transportation, including trams and buses, making commuting around Hannover quick and easy. The central train station is also nearby for regional and international travel.

#### Nie wieder 

Es war defentiv nicht die Wohnung die im inserat abgebildet war . Das eine Zimmer sollte eigentlich ein Balkon haben aber der Balkon war nicht vorhanden, es war schmutzig vorallem die Fenster, die Küche, Wc . Ich musste die Spüle in der Küche und Kühlschrank selber sauber machen und die Toilette . Die Türen waren auch nicht sauber fazit die ganze Wohnung war Reinigungs bedürftig. Der Gastgeber hat sich nur beim Einchecken blicken lassen danach haben wir ihn nie wieder zu Gesicht bekommen. Die Gegend ist nicht für Gäste geeignet die mit Familie diese Unterkunft Mieten, Nacht Clubs und Bordells . Laute Musik und Gebrüll. Schlafen bei dem Lärm ist einfach nicht möglich . Es ist einfach eine Zumutung. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
