"Nice, clean, big house with a great view!Visited to snowmobile the UP. Plenty of room for 2 trucks and trailers, not close enough to sled to trail from the property, but wasn't a far drive at all! Definitely a stay at again property!"

"We visited Hancock for the first time with our
pets
and son who is in a wheelchair. We knew we would have to ramp down the step in the entryway so brought a small ramp with us. The rest of the place was very accessible! Wide doors, huge bedrooms and beautiful, incredible comfortable open design. It is an urban location so set on a main road but there is a park right down the street and trail access to other
parks
. We traveled the region for leisure but wish we had a college student in the area...
