Phenomenal property and host! We spent 9 weeks here from Feb-April, and believe it or not it was a dream winter stay! Lake Superior is a woman of so many faces, and to see her from deep winter through her Spring thaw was so incredible. This log cabin was so well equipped, and so comfortable for this amazing adventure. Highlights were warm fires in the stunning fireplace and walks on the lake in the snow or sand. Great neighbors. All around fantastic! Thanks Michael!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the UP at this beautiful place. House had all the comforts of home while still feeling secluded for a get-away. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and couldn’t get enough of the stunning sunsets.

Beautiful setting and beautiful house!

Very spacious, clean, and well maintained property with a gorgeous beach perfect for sunsets and relaxation. The property owner was very responsive and clearly takes great pride in their house and hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing week

Lovely , spacious house that accommodated 6 adults and 2 kids. We really enjoyed spending time at the beach. The house was very clean and the check in and out was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Keweenaw adventure

We had a lovely stay and time exploring the Keweenaw Peninsula. Close to Houghton for restaurants and necessities. The home is well stocked and very comfortable.

Great Fall Stay

The area was beautiful and so is this home. With a view of Lake Superior, less than 20 mins from Houghton. This home is clean and roomy. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is large with a nice walk in pantry stocked with many essentials. We had a great stay!!

Perfect property and location for a short family Fall getaway! Property was perfect for our family of 7. Well equipped for cooking. Wonderful walks on the beach and close location for day trips up the Keweenaw Pennisula!

Fantastic location for our 30th anniversary

We had a fabulous stay for our anniversary. The house is beautiful. The location is perfect, far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to stores if you need anything. Michael is a great host, very responsive, everything you need in a vacation home is provided, and the surprise gifts were a wonderful touch.

A gem of a house on Lake Superior

This was an exceptional house! It has a great layout and was very comfortable for a group. The host was responsive and helpful. We especially loved the access to Lake Superior, quiet location and proximity to Houghton and Ontonagon. We would definitely book this house again and recommend it to others.

Host sent us a very detailed message about the home with his contact information prior to check in. Home was very comfortable and the surrounding area is very scenic and saw a variety of animals. Sitting around the fire pit on the beach at the end of the days was outstanding. Enjoyed our stay.

Keeweenaw Vacation

This was our second time staying here and we had a great time! The beach/water was perfect for the kids, they had a blast swimming and playing in the sand. Towards the end of the trip they enjoyed watching the waves made by the wind while the adults enjoyed the sunsets. The house is a great place to stay while enjoying the sites of the Keeweenaw. We lucked out and were visiting during the Mineral Days - our kids had a blast at the mineral show and rock swap. Would definitely stay again.
