The rooms are clean organized comfortable overlooking the mediterranean Sea with an incredible view of the entirety of AUB Zeytuna Bay el corniche. "Hotel provides 24hr electricity and AC. Room had two sets of windows in tandem for insulating street noise, pollution, and climate. It's a short walk to everything in Hamra AUB and its med center. You can also walk to the Raouche rock and the corniche (De Gaulle). Restaurant and shops in the same block, Kababji, Dunkin d., .... As safe as it can get given Beirut has no street lights after dark. Avoid walking out alone after sunset."

"The team at Midtown is excellent and always willing to assist you with anything. The property's condition is average. The only issue was the slow or unreliable internet; you had to call the front desk to reset the modem. Power cuts occurred three times a day, but they quickly started the generators. Overall, it's a good place to stay for a couple of days!"
