"The parking isn't free. There's a garage that cost $40+ day that you use. The location is absolutely perfect. An easy walk to the Pineapple Fountain (maybe 1 mile?) and the free shuttle picks up across the street. I'm so glad we chose this hotel for half the price instead of one nearer the city center. The breakfast was exactly what you'd expect at any Hampton Inn... totally fine, but not luxurious. There is ample space in the dining room. The location is great, very near King Street, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. If we were visiting Charleston again, we'd definitely choose this hotel again. "

"What a lovely property in an excellent location. The home is very well appointed and has a great relaxing vibe. If you enjoy watching the sunset over the water a short 5 minute walk will get you there. Great neighborhood for walking or running. Quiet but close to everything. And if you are attending a wedding or other event at Lowndes Grove this location cannot be beat! Highly recommend. "

"The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The bar area and outdoor lounge area were nice. The room was nice. My only concern was the bathroom. It was small for the room. The shower was small and water flowed out on the floor. "

"There were no amenities at this hotel. We thought the room was overpriced for the quality. No proper restaurant, difficulty getting into rooftop lounge. The lounge downstairs had out of control children running around. The Dewberry hotel was disappointing for the cost and I do not recommend. "
