The staff was excellent with communicating to leading up to our stay. There was an unforeseen disruption due to an accident near our location and the staff was quick to keep us updated and arrange other accommodations. I would highly recommend staying at one of their properties. The property was very nice and the customer service is excellent. The locations are also very convenient. We were 20 minutes from Folly Beach and a few blocks from King Street.
