Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is dated and worn although that seems to be a common theme with other hotels also. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is in a good area for restaurants, a wonderful coffee shop. Just a short walk to the waterfront which is quite nice.

The location is very good as close to shops, lake and amenities but hotel is very outdated and needs renovations. Our bedroom door did not close very easily, only ice machine is on 4th floor while spa and gym was closed. This was probably a very nice hotel when built as pictures look very nice but a little deceiving.

The room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed, but everything was dated and a bit worn. The faucets dripped and the air conditioning barely worked. Staff were kind enough to bring a fan, but not helpful in terms of accommodating early check-in - was aiming for noon to 1pm, nothing unreasonable, but they said nobody can check in before 2pm, no exceptions. Wouldn’t stay there again and have cancelled a future booking.

The Casablanca Hotel was a lovely surprise. I stayed there to attend a wedding in Grimsby. The staff, including Jennifer, Wendy, Olivia, Jasper was outstanding and helpful. The property itself was spotless, but in desperate need of refreshing. The wallpaper is peeling in the bathrooms, the safe in the room was nonfunctioning, and the mattresses could use a mattress topper. The coffee, unfortunately, was quite dreadful. There were plenty of electrical outlets. It really was a mixed bag and despite the flaws, I would recommend the Casablanca Hotel. The location is stellar, right across from Timmy’s, Harvey’s and Swiss Chalet and pizza. There is an elevator on the premises and a pool. The gym was out of commission. Parking is in abundance and right in front of the door. Access from the highway is excellent. The units are air-conditioned and adjustable from inside the room. As I said, despite the flaws, I would recommend staying at the Casablanca.

The Staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were slightly outdated and the double bed that I had could have been a bit more comfortable. The location was close to numerous amenities. The property was well maintained and clean . I would recommend this place if I was staying in the Hamilton Niagara area.

I absolutely love staying here. This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel and just love the staff!! Angel on 2nd shift at the front desk is just their namesake-an absolute angel. Every time I stay, the experience is that much better, and I love the view of the lake sooo much!

I was heading to Niagara for a wine festival and booked to staying overnight at the Casablanca. I unfortunately had a multi vehicle high speed accident on the highway. I was badly injured and headed to ER in an ambulance. My husband called to advise them that we would not be now to attend, and to just charge our credit card, and the lovely woman who answered the call AA uses us that she would just cancel the booking with no charge. With such fantastic customer service I will definitely book again.
